Charlotte Gilbert

Managing Director, Client and Product Solutions

Charlotte joined Arrow in 2023 as Managing Director of Client and Product Solutions. Charlotte is responsible for and oversees Arrow’s fundraising efforts and product development. Prior to joining Arrow, Charlotte spent almost five years at Oaktree Capital Management where she was Managing Director, Marketing and Client Relations, and 12 years at Apollo Global Management.

Charlotte has an BA in Business Studies from the University of Westminster.

Nick Jones

Director, PR and Marketing

Nick is a communications professional with over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He joined Arrow in 2018 as Head of Corporate Communications and has since moved to the role of Director, PR and Marketing. In his current position, Nick is responsible for overseeing external communications and driving investor awareness of Arrow’s unique vertically integrated asset management model in real estate, direct lending and opportunistic credit.

Before joining Arrow, Nick held the position of Group Head of Communications at International Personal Finance and the CPP Group. During his tenure, he successfully led both external and internal communication strategies. Nick has a proven track record in managing various communication aspects, including brand profile, reputation management, IPO, M&A, de-listings, crisis management, business transformation, and employee engagement.

Nick began his career at the Saatchi Group and has since honed his expertise in the financial services sector.

He has a BA (Hons) in International Relations, the study of global affairs, from Keele University.
